Putting on the finishing touches
Seth Godin makes a good point as to what being a producer entails:
The past couple years, I’ve learned a lot about finishing large projects. I’ve seen what makes a product a success and what makes one a failure. I may not exactly be able to say what it is just yet, but I’ve seen it, and I intend on continuing to see it.
