Start thinking about customer experience with ICE
ICE is back! ICE = Improving Customer Experience. Are you pissing off your customers? After a small hiatus, Eric Myers brings back his terrific blog that challenges you to think about the answer to this question.
Myers is huge into usability (I may not have known anything about it today if it wasn’t for him), and his blog gives plenty of examples of how usability goes beyond even the computer screen. Usability is a major factor in overall customer experience, Myers would argue.
Definitely worth adding to your RSS reader.
